Shipping

USPS calculated shipping.

For US orders all items will be shipped via USPS- orders will be processed within 1 business day of placing your order. Orders usually arrive within 1-3 business days. You will be sent an email notification with a tracking number when your order is shipped out.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for incorrect shipping addresses – we ship to your PAYPAL ADDRESS, please make sure it is up to date. If you would like to provide a different address, please email us and we will confirm the address with you.

Local pick up is available from our studio in the Lawrenceville neighborhood of Pittsburgh. Please select local pickup at checkout and contact us to arrange a time.

International
USPS calculated shipping for international orders. Customers are responsible for any import tax/ duties.

International orders ship via USPS first class. Tracking and insurance are not available. International orders usually arrive within 12 business days.

FAQs

How should I care for my garment?

Anoushka and Nora jackets are made from vintage recycled fabric and should be washed in cold water on gentle cycle and line dried.

Vintage wool blanket jackets should be washed in cold water on gentle cycle and flat dried on a sweater rack or towel.

Zaha jackets can be washed in warm water, and dried on low heat.

Michelle cap sleeve tops and Henrietta dresses made from organic cotton flannel should be washed in cold water on gentle cycle and line dried to avoid pilling.

All other garments Ruth tank top, pants with cotton, hemp or second hand fabrics should be washed in cold water on gentle cycle and line dried. This really prolongs the life of the garment and is easier on the planet.

As always, wash all garments with like colors. Iron according to fabric type and as necessary.

Do you take custom orders (for clothing)?
Generally no but if it's something basic like lowering a hem or longer sleeves, we might be able to accommodate your request. Email us with your inquiries. (rona@ottofinn.com)

What if my order is a gift?
We can help you with that! We can include a note with your order and ship it directly to the lucky recipient. Drop us a line (rona@ottofinn.com) to make sure we have the right name, shipping address and special message.
